we enjoyed hanging out inside all day saturday. after so many hot, sunny days it's fun to have a day to hibernate, watch movies and play. as fun as it all seems in theory there is the reality of what to do with a two year old when you can't go outside! lucky for us nick came over to play all morning. i missed the totally most picture perfect opp with the two of them because i forgot to charge the camera battery! nick & brody were sitting on the edge of brody's bed, legs hanging over the edge, side-by-side, each with a book in his lap, reading aloud. it was precious! there was lots of running around the house and toys everywhere! it was soooo much fun! my second favorite moment was when nick wanted brody to do something.
nick: hey, brody, come here!
brody: no
nick: yes
brody: no
so you get the picture! i'm so glad that he doesn't save all of his no's for me! hilarious!
