birthday party!

hilary posted her pics from brody and emersyn's party long before i did, and she had two really cute cousin pics (see here). i've been caught up in this, that and the other so before time gets away from me, here are pictures of the birthday party . . . enjoy!

and then some fun opening presents! i liked this picture because it had most of the kids in it. i don't know how parents who invite lots of kids do it! we had seven and that was plenty for us!



emersyn is enjoying presents more and more! it was so cute to watch nick and reese help her with her presents. nick took the ribbon off so she could open the rest of the present. the care he took with emersyn was so kind.

my favorite memory of the party was at one point i looked out back, and nick, reese and brody were organizing a game of some sort. wow! they've grown up to be organizing games for themselves to play. i just love it!
