Jellystone Glow Parade Take 1

The annual Jellystone trip lives on, and it's getting better each year.  I think it has to do with the kids getting older, and their schedules are more flexible.  Cousin Layla will likely end up being the most flexible of all with her schedule as she tries to keep up with the other four in this group.  They are a rowdy, energetic, loving, silly, fun bunch.  One of the many activities we participate in is the Glow Parade.  Everyone decorates their golf carts and gets all glowed up, and then they drive around the park on parade.  We weren't sure which night the glow parade was so we decorated everything up both Friday night and Saturday night.  Friday night the dads had taken the kids off for some putt, and they came back to a table full of glow fun!
Emersyn and Matson listen intently to Gram.
Is Emersyn listening or resting?  Brody and Reese concentrate on their designs.  Gram is having the evening glass of wine.  The moms are so lucky to have the dads take the kids each evening while the moms visit.

It's always fun to ride scooters at night!  We stay on a little loop with a large grassy area in the middle.  The loop is paved, and the kids ride bikes and scooters around the edge or play games with other campers in the grassy area.  This year on the first night we were there our next door neighbors had tons of kids of all ages.  After they were done playing the neighbors invited the kids over for s'mores over their campfire.  So fun!

He's already making plans for next year's glow parade!
