Whew! For having such a small gathering I sure was exhausted by the end of the day. I’m not sure if it was the low after the great sugar high of cake and ice cream (yumm!) or opening and playing with so many fun new toys. Brody loved everything but really surprised all of us with his love for pounding things with his new hammer! He is one crazy and motivated little man when it comes to his hammer.
We had such a great time this weekend with perfect weather to be outside or indoors with the windows open, go on lots of walks, hang out with Shady and cook some great food. We’re grateful for fantastic friends and family with which to share this fun time. Thanks to those who came and those who sent their birthday wishes!
