blocks

i have some time off, and the one thing i really wanted to do was watch oprah! i know it's terrible, and i'm not much into her show these days, but it was a redecorating/makeover show. we're totally working on our house right now so it was right up my alley. of course, oprah comes on at the exact time brody wakes up from his nap. i thought a good entertainer would be blocks! i was right b/c they kept him busy for a good 30 minutes as long as i was helping.

i liked the look of concentration as he tried to figure out how to balance things on top of each other so i grabbed the camera. of course, you know what happens when i grab the camera . . . he stops doing! perhaps next year we'll look into a faster camera! here's a quick one that i snapped of him building. the second one is when he discovered foster was under the coffee table. brody thought it was time for a hug. i don't think that foster felt the same!
