upon the arrival of a very sweet sweater from uncle mike & linda we had to open it up and try it on immediately! . . . notice the mail all over the counter . . . i wanted to try it on immediately, i say!

i think that one day when the kids are grown and i look back i'll want to remember things like their little hands and feet, boundless laughter and giggles, enthusiasm for the simplest things, perfect hugs, unexpected kisses, how the sun felt on the spring day we went to the park and how perfect life is right now. yes, i'm writing this during naptime! but i know that looking back it will always be the great things i remember more than the bumps along the way. that's the beauty of memory . . . good gets great and bad fades away. that's how i felt looking back over these pictures today. enjoy the rest of your day!
