a little outdoor time
what's a day without a little digging in the flower beds. if you've been to our house you know that erik has graciously relinquished a large portion of a front flower bed for brody's "construction work" as he calls it. mimi was nice enough to give brody and emersyn a similar spot for digging.
did i really capture that cool bubble on camera! i was playing around with the camera on the trip. i'd love to learn to do more, but some things must wait until later so a little here and a little there is just fine for now.
brody tried out the rock climbing at the children's park for the first time.
. . . to the top of the mountain!!! . . . he made it . . . victorious!
this was another last minute shot that we decided to do on the spur of the moment, and i just love it!

Wow, it looks like Mom is holding Jill when she was little. That was not Brody's first time climbing on the rock. He did it when I was with him. He looks a lot more sure of it in this picture though then when I helped him.
